Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of the Warwick Consultants website. They do not replace the separate written agreement used for any consulting engagement.

Effective 29 August 2026

1. About us

This website is operated by Warwick Consultants (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2026/581047/07. References to “Warwick Consultants”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Warwick Consultants (Pty) Ltd.

You can contact us at warwick.consultants@yahoo.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not impair its operation or the rights of another person.

3. Website information and consulting services

The information on this website is provided for general information about our consultancy and capabilities. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

A request for information, introductory discussion or email exchange does not create a consultant-client relationship. Any consulting work will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement setting out the scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables and applicable commercial terms.

4. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may become outdated and access may occasionally be interrupted. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including its text, branding, design, graphics and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Warwick Consultants and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the website’s operation;
  • use automated tools to extract content at an unreasonable scale;
  • misrepresent your identity or use the website for unlawful conduct; or
  • infringe our rights or the rights of another person.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warwick Consultants will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under South African consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through this website are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, subject to any mandatory dispute forum or consumer right that applies by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
